After a successful $4,000 first edition of King Of The Hill Asia, in which Cong "crazyguy" Anh Ngo's Secret came out victorious, SoStronk announce a second tournament, this time featuring $7,000 in total including pre-qualifiers and a main qualifier.
The second edition of SoStronk King Of The Hill Asia will feature a 128-slot open qualifier for Southeast Asia, East Asia, China and India, which will run through November 24-29 in a single-elimination, best-of-one format.
$1,000 of the prize pool will be given out in the open pre-qualifier, which will serve as a stepping stone before the main qualifier. That will feature four top teams from the open qualifier, three teams coming from the first tournament and CyberZen, who received a direct invite.

December 3-6 has been reserved for the main qualifier, where the eight teams will face off in a single elimination, best-of-three bracket. Apart from four spots in the main tournament up for grabs, top two sides will also receive $1,500 and $500, respectively.

The main tournament will then see the top four teams from the previous stage duke it out from December 17-20 in a double elimination, best-of-three bracket, whose winner will face Cong "crazyguy" Anh Ngo's threats (formerly known as Secret) in the best-of-five grand final.
The remainder of the prizemoney, which amounts to $4,000, will once again be handed out to the champion, or in this case king of the hill.
